Potential Risk	How it was avoided	Consequences if precautions were not made
Lake/stream	I made sure I was a safe distance from the perimeter of the lake and the streams whilst filming.	There would be a potential slip hazard and a drowning risk.
People	I used low traffic areas	Filming would be compromised and some scenes may have caused panic to the public so I avoided them too.

Cinema Room

Glass	I made sure I was cautious around the glass	Glass may have been smashed and created a potential injury hazard.
Fire	In scenes where I used candles, I made sure they were not placed near anything flammable.	There could have been a fire.

Swimming Pool

Slipping	I made sure I walked cautiously whilst in the pool area	I would have fallen in or slipped and injured myself
Drowning	I made sure I could swim	There would be a risk of drowning.

Fields

Potential Risk	How it was avoided	Consequences if precautions were not made
Getting lost	I made sure I planned my route before setting off.	I would have been lost and unsure of how to find my way back.
Uneven ground(Bike)	I made sure I was going an appropriate speed whilst on my bike and watched my footing whilst I was off of it.	If I had not be cautious I could have fallen of my bike or twisted an ankle.

Beach

Potential Risk	How it was avoided	Consequences if precautions were not made
Slipping	I made sure I walked cautiously whilst  on the beach front and whilst around slippery rocks.	I would have fallen or slipped and injured myself.
Drowning	I made sure I did not go in the see too deep.	There would be a risk of drowning because I could have been pulled away with the tide.
